2. We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal basis:

  • To contact you with regard to matters connected with ongoing performance of the contract, pursuant to art. 6.1b.
  • presenting offers, receiving orders, answering requests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, which involves the possibility of contacting our partners (art. 6.1f).
  • To defend against possible claims or pursue claims in connection with a contract concluded with a given entity, pursuant to art. 6.1f.

3. We received your data directly from you, your employer or the entity that you are representing. The data we receive include your name and surname, telephone number, email address, occupied position and workplace

4. We will process your data throughout contract performance or until no claims can be made with regard to data processing.

5. Your data will be transferred only to entities which perform specific services for our company based on a signed contract and in accordance with our guidelines. E.g. IT companies

  • To comply with the regulations governing the conclusion of employment contracts
